HAZ partner The Winter Gardens Trust is running a coffee morning with a difference this month. Starting at 11am on Thursday 14th April, coffee and cake will be served in the elegant Empress Grill room in the Winter Gardens followed by a short walking tour of some of the refurbished buildings in the Town Centre Conservation Area, including the new shopfronts that have been added to the Winter Gardens Church Street frontage. Blackpool Council’s Head of Planning & Conservation, Carl Carrington, will explain some of the challenges faced in delivering these projects and give a glimpse into future projects.
